Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@lovesofi.art to initiate the return process. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label (subject to a $10 USD return shipping fee).
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you might want a different design or model. You can exchange your Sofi phone case within 1 year of purchase. The process is simple:

  1. Reach out to us at support@lovesofi.art with your order number and the reason for exchange.
  2. We will provide instructions for sending back the original item, and the $10 USD shipping fee will apply.
  3. Once we receive the original phone case, we will send you the new design or model within 5-7 business days.
