What does the lifetime warranty cover?
Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This includes issues like:
- Cracks in the case due to defective materials
- Fading or peeling of the UV-printed designs
- Structural issues with the phone case
What is not covered?
Our lifetime warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care (e.g., dropping from extreme heights, exposure to harsh chemicals, etc.)
- Normal wear and tear such as minor scratches or discoloration over time
- Lost or stolen items
- Modifications made to the phone case
How to claim your warranty
If you experience a defect covered by our warranty, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@lovesofi.art with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide a photo of the defective phone case for our review.
- Once your claim is approved, we will send you a replacement phone case at no additional cost.
Is there a fee for replacement?
No, if your claim is approved under our warranty, we will cover the cost of the replacement. However, there will be a $10 USD shipping fee for sending the replacement.
How long does it take to process a warranty claim?
We aim to process warranty claims within 7-10 business days from the time we receive your request.
Please note that this lifetime warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Sofi reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if it does not meet the criteria outlined above.
